Add another email account to the Gmail app.

Log into Gmail

Credentials=

username: first.last@wacoisd.org

password: active directory password

Folders are known as Labels in Gmail. On left hand menu, scroll down and select Create New Label. In pop-up box, enter label name and click Create. As you receive emails, click on label icon, select appropriate label, and click Apply.

Login to Gmail, access the settings menu with the gear icon at the top right-hand of the window. Under the general tab, scroll down to Signature section and add your signature.

Click Compose, in the To field, type the person's name and it will populate.

Under Sent emails in the left-hand column of the Gmail window.

In Gmail, click on Compose, bottom right corner click on 3 dots, select Request Read Receipt.

In Gmail, click Settings, under General, scroll down to Undo Send, adjust cancellation period up to 30 seconds. After sending email, a pop-up will appear in the bottom left corner, click Undo.

In Gmail, click on Settings, select Filters and Blocked Addresses, click on Create New Filter, in the From text field, enter the person's name, email address or Group name, click Create Filter, when a message arrives that matches this search, select the appropriate action.

Enter your basic search information in the find bar at the top of the Gmail window. For advanced search settings, select the drop-down arrow in the right-hand of the find bar and complete the listed information.

Google has excellent spam filtering in place, so good that some of your initial emails may be blocked on occasion as spam. To check your spam, click on the icon in the left-hand column of the Gmail window. To read an email in the spam label, click on the email, to send it to your inbox select Report not spam.

Access your devices app store and download the Gmail app.  Log in using your first.lastname@wacoisd.org credentials.

Create a group

• Go to Google Contacts.
• At the left under "Labels," click Create label.
• Type a name, then click OK.
• Add or remove contacts from a group
• Add contacts to a group Go to Google Contacts.
• Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to add to a group label.
• At the top, click Manage labels Label.
• Click the group label you want.
• Click Apply.
