Outcome: Provides 24/7 personalized training for staff (P2), students, and parents (P3), key for retention and engagement.
Professional Development Data Integration Pipeline (Long-Range)
Outcome: Measures the efficacy of training investments by showing usage of training by target audience to the main Data Dashboard.
Priority 4: Financial and Operational Efficiencies
Managed Device Cart Solution for All Campuses (Short-Range)
Outcome: Shifts from 1:1 to a shared cart model to reduce maintenance costs, extend device lifecycle, and free up funds.
Full Data Warehouse Implementation (Long-Range)
Outcome: Foundational system to clean and integrate all siloed data, ensuring resources are allocated based on a single source of truth.
