The Waco ISD Network Services team is responsible for: all network and systems administration, network security, Internet filtering, wireless connectivity, infrastructure cabling, voice services, security cameras and secure door access.  Utilizing some of the latest technology appliances and tools, the team is dedicated to providing a safe and secure digital learning environment while also promoting the innovative use of technology within our schools.

  Network Services Responsibilities

• Maintain network and connectivity between campuses and the internet
• Manage network firewalls, email gateways and web filters
• Install, update and maintain servers for all applications
• Troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure network wiring
• Design, install and maintain wireless connectivity for mobile devices
• Collaborate with technology vendors during construction and renovation projects
